I am curious to find out what type of lawyer to go to, to file a palamony claim? I have been with my husband foe 13 yrs. We are not legally married. We have recently sepparated. He left our home, and is currently paying the morgage and the bills. He's threatening to sell the house. We have an 8 yr. old son together. We file our taxes as married. We use to bank together, he took me off the accounts(personal and the business) earlier this year. I really need to find an attorney that can help me with what is going on. Is there any way that I can be referred to some attorney's that deal with palamony cases? I live in Chino, California.
